Gluteal strain…

In the dumbest way possible. Bowling. This is going to hamper the gym for a couple weeks, seeing as I can barely walk haha. This is gonna be rough.

“accidentally” spent 2 hours and 15 minutes at the gym… All frustrations are now gone from my body :) what a lovely day.

so some of you might know me as allalong-the-watchtower but if not, hey! I'm Chloe, and this is my blog for all my fitness stuff so I don't junk up the other one, which has a nerdier aspect. A few stats:

CW (1/7/2012): 220lbs
GW: 170lb (or basically, fit, happy, healthy)

I don't look overweight, but I am, and that scares the CRAP outta me. So I'm putting in my dues and getting shit done at the gym. I love lifting, do cardio every day I go, but it is never the main event when I hit the gym.
